Opening for a commercial lines and/or personal lines customer service representative. Ralph E Wade Insurance Agency is a full service insurance agency that has been doing business for over 60 years.

Salary compensatory upon experience and skill.

Insurance CSR Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Insurance CSR Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in Property and Casualty

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance
• Self-motivated
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
